Maybe you're lying awake replaying conversations, second-guessing yourself, or wondering why you can't just get over something that happened years ago.

You've probably told yourself you should be coping better by now.

That other people manage.

That it's not bad enough to need help.

But you don't have to be in crisis to deserve support.
And coping isn't the same as living.

This is where things actually change.

If you're carrying emotional overwhelm that won't shift, trauma that still shows up in your body and your relationships, or patterns you keep falling back into no matter how hard you try - therapy can help you understand what's going on and actually change it.

This isn't just talking for the sake of talking.

We get curious about where your patterns started, what's keeping them stuck, and what needs to shift. Then we work on it together, at your pace, with tools that make a real difference in your daily life.

Therapy that goes beyond talking.

Yes, we talk. But this isn't about going over the same ground week after week hoping something shifts.

I use three evidence-based approaches, each doing something different:

EMDR

(Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

For processing trauma, shifting stuck emotional responses, and helping your body feel safe again. Particularly helpful if you're carrying things that talk therapy alone hasn't touched.

DBT

(Dialectical Behaviour Therapy)

Practical tools for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress, and improving relationships. I lead DBT services in the NHS and have received the Association of Psychological Therapies Excellence in DBT Award.

CAT

(Cognitive Analytic Therapy)

For understanding the relational patterns you keep falling into, where they started, and how to start doing something different.
