You know something isn't working.

Let's get to the bottom of it.

Psychological therapy for people who want to feel better, and finally stop going round in circles.

Online and in-person from Llanelli, South Wales.

You've been here before

And you're tired of just managing it.

Maybe you've been carrying it for a long time. The anxiety that won't shift. The sleep that won't come. The relationships that keep going the same way no matter how hard you try.

Maybe you know exactly what it is - you've been told you have anxiety, depression, or trauma. Or maybe you just know the shape of it: the way you shut down when things get hard, the same argument on repeat, the feeling of being ambushed by your own reactions.

You've probably tried to manage it. And it's probably helped, up to a point. But managing isn't the same as changing. And somewhere underneath, you know that.

Hi, I’m Dr Nicola Sutton,

I'm an HCPC registered psychologist with eleven years of clinical experience in some of the most complex and demanding settings there are.

I'm not easily rattled. I can sit with complicated. And I've learned that what most people need isn't someone to manage their distress - it's someone who will actually get to the bottom of it with them.

That's what I try to offer in every consultation, every session, every piece of work I do.

Clinical supervision for psychologists and therapists

Alongside my therapy work, I offer clinical supervision for qualified psychologists and therapists. Grounded in over a decade of complex clinical work. Specialist areas include DBT, EMDR, and CAT, with particular experience supervising work with trauma, complex PTSD, and relational difficulties.

In their own words.

"Nicola creates such a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space that made it easy for me to open up, even about very personal things I'd never spoken about before. She has helped me gain so much clarity and a better understanding of myself, and I've noticed a real positive change in how I approach things in my life."

— Shannon

"Nobody has understood me like Nicola has and with her kind nature she has helped me navigate life events and deal with my anxiety that has been a big part of my life for 40 years. She's such an empathic practitioner - no question or thought is wrong."

— Flair

"She was so warm and supportive and set me at ease so quickly. Her recommended treatment was right on the money and after a few sessions of EMDR my fear is gone."

— Laurence
