Why I Created This Reset
Hi, I'm Dr Nicola Sutton - a psychologist and mum of two who helps mums who keep losing it with their kids figure out what's actually going on and what to do about it.
I created this reset because I know what it's like to shout at your child and carry that moment around all day.
I'm a psychologist. I teach this stuff professionally. And I still had to learn how to do it in my own kitchen, with my own kids, when I was wrung out and everyone needed something at once. The theory doesn't automatically transfer. The skills have to be practised in the exact moments that push you over the edge.
