Digital Products Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all digital products purchased or accessed through Sutton Psychology, including online courses, toolkits, email challenges, and downloadable resources. By purchasing or signing up for a digital product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
About us
Sutton Psychology is operated by Dr Nicola Sutton, HCPC-registered Forensic Psychologist. Our products are hosted on the Kajabi platform and are available to customers worldwide.
Who these products are for
Our digital products are designed for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing or signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
What you are buying
When you purchase or sign up for a digital product, you are buying access to educational content. This may include video content, written materials, email sequences, downloadable worksheets, or other digital resources as described on the product page.
Important disclaimer
All digital products sold by Sutton Psychology are educational resources only. They are not therapy, clinical advice, or a substitute for professional psychological support. Purchasing or accessing a digital product does not create a therapeutic relationship between you and Dr Nicola Sutton.
Results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. The content is based on psychological principles but is educational in nature. Dr Nicola Sutton and Sutton Psychology accept no liability for any outcomes resulting from use of the products.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call 999, or reach out to Samaritans on 116 123.
Your right to cancel and digital content waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, you will be asked at the point of checkout to confirm that you want immediate access to your digital product and that you understand this means you waive your 14-day right to cancel. This confirmation is required to complete your purchase.
If you do not provide this confirmation, your product will not be made available to you until the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Refund policy
Where the digital content waiver has been confirmed at checkout, Sutton Psychology offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, as a gesture of goodwill. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days by emailing [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the request being approved.
After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. Free products are not eligible for refunds.
Sutton Psychology reserves the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of misuse, abuse of the guarantee, or breach of these terms.
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Payment is taken at the point of purchase via the Kajabi checkout system. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their payment provider. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Access to products
Once payment is confirmed or you have signed up for a free product, you will receive access via email and/or the Kajabi platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address at the point of purchase.
Access to products is for the purchaser only. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share access with others. Sutton Psychology reserves the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.
Intellectual property
All content within Sutton Psychology's digital products remains the intellectual property of Sutton Psychology and Dr Nicola Sutton. This includes but is not limited to course materials, videos, worksheets, email content, and downloadable resources.
Products are for your personal use only. You must not:
- copy, share, redistribute, or reproduce any content
- resell or make available any content to any third party in any form
- record, screenshot, or download content beyond what is expressly provided
- create derivative works based on the content
- use the content to create a competing product or service
Any breach of this clause may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may result in legal action.
Testimonials and feedback
We love to celebrate the wins of the people we work with. By providing feedback, a review, a comment, or sharing a result or outcome with Sutton Psychology (whether by email, direct message, inside a Facebook group, or any other means), you give permission for that content to be used in marketing materials and promotional activity.
Your name will not be shared without your explicit permission. Where feedback is of a personal or sensitive nature, discretion will be applied and it will not be shared.
Third party links
Our products and website may contain links to third party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Sutton Psychology has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Email communications
By purchasing or signing up for a digital product, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase, including access details, course content, and order confirmations. These are necessary to deliver the product and are not marketing communications.
Marketing emails are separate and require your consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in every email.

Sutton Psychology collects and processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you purchase or sign up for a product, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (for paid products). We never share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes and we never sell your personal data to any third party. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Availability and changes to products
We reserve the right to update, modify, or withdraw any digital product at any time. If a significant change is made to a product you have purchased, we will notify you by email. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure products remain accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to circumstances beyond our control, including platform outages or technical issues.
Subscriptions
Where a product is offered on a subscription basis, the following terms apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period in which you cancel. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period unless required by law.
