Supporting the people who support others.

Individual clinical supervision for qualified psychologists and therapists. Online and in-person from Llanelli. £110 per hour.

The work you do doesn't stay at work.

You hold a lot. Complex cases, difficult dynamics, the moments you're not sure you handled as well as you could have. The clients who are keeping you up at night. The patterns you keep noticing across your caseload that you haven't quite been able to name yet.

Good supervision isn't just a professional requirement. It's where you get to put that down for an hour. Where someone sits with the complexity of what you're carrying, helps you see it clearly, and sends you back into the work feeling more capable of it.

That's what I offer. Not a space to tick a box. A proper clinical conversation with someone who has held some of the most complex presentations in practice and isn't easily rattled by what you bring.

Who this is for

Supervision is available to qualified psychologists and therapists. I'm not currently taking on trainees requiring placement oversight or competency sign-off.

My approach to supervision is direct, formulation-led, and grounded in real clinical work.

I'm interested in what's actually driving the patterns you're seeing in your clients - not just what's happening on the surface. I'll help you build a clearer picture of the dynamics at play, what the case is asking of you, and what might need to shift.

I'm also direct. If I notice something, I'll name it. Not to catch you out - because seeing it clearly is usually more useful than leaving it unnamed.

Together we might:

  • Work through complex or stuck cases using a formulation-led approach

  • Explore the relational dynamics between you and your clients

  • Develop your practice in DBT or EMDR

  • Look at what the work is doing to you - not just for your clients

  • Think about your development as a clinician over time

What to expect

Sessions are one hour and held online or in-person from Llanelli. I'm flexible on frequency - some supervisees come monthly on a regular basis, others prefer to book as and when they need it around specific cases or clinical challenges.

There's no formal structure to sessions. You bring what's most pressing - a case that's keeping you up at night, a moment you're not sure you handled well, a pattern you keep noticing but can't quite name. We work from there.

I won't just listen and reflect back. I'll be a thinking partner - asking the questions that get to the centre of what's happening, naming what I notice, and helping you leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

Supervision should make you feel more capable of the work.

Not just more compliant with it.

When supervision is working, you leave sessions feeling clearer about what's driving the complexity you're holding. You notice things you didn't notice before. You handle difficult moments with more steadiness. The work feels less isolating, because someone else has sat with it alongside you and helped you see it differently.

That's what I'm here for.
