These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between Sutton Psychology (“we,” “us,” “our”) and you (“the customer,” “you,” “your”) when purchasing or downloading any digital product from our website: https://www.suttonpsychology.co.uk.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Our products are digital downloads provided via instant access or email link.
No physical products will be shipped.

3. Licence and Use

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any part of the content without written permission from Sutton Psychology.

All content, materials, and branding remain the intellectual property of Sutton Psychology and Dr Nicola Sutton.

4. Refund Policy & Right to Cancel

Under UK law, digital content is not eligible for the standard 14-day cooling-off period once downloading or streaming begins.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are gaining instant access to digital content and therefore waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you access the guide and feel it isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

You’ll receive instant access to your digital product via download link or email (please check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t appear).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sutton Psychology and Dr Nicola Sutton shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any digital product.

You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing and actions after engaging with our materials.
