Together we talk things through, at your own pace
Group therapy is a supportive space to reflect, share, and feel less alone, alongside others who may be navigating similar experiences.
You don’t have to go through this on your own
The idea of group therapy can feel like a big step. You might feel unsure about what it will be like, whether you’ll feel comfortable, or if you’ll know what to say.
That’s completely natural. Groups are designed to feel calm, supportive, and gently guided, with space for you to take things at your own pace, without any pressure to share before you’re ready.
This might be right for you if…
you’d like to feel less alone in what you’re going through
you’re navigating stress, overwhelm, or burnout
you’re open to hearing and sharing with others
you’d value a space where experiences are understood and shared
you’re looking for connection as well as support
Group sessions are calm, supportive, and gently facilitated
There’s space for everyone to share, but no pressure to speak before you feel ready. Some people find comfort in simply listening at first.
Over time, many people begin to feel more at ease, finding connection in shared experiences, and realising they’re not alone in what they’re feeling. Each session creates space for reflection, conversation, and support.
How it all works
Groups are kept small to create a safe and supportive environment. Sessions take place in-person and run on a weekly basis.
You’ll be given clear guidance before joining, so you know what to expect and can feel prepared. We take things at a steady, supportive pace, there’s no pressure to do more than feels comfortable for you.
How we can work together…
Groups are designed to offer consistent support over time, while still allowing you to ease in at your own pace.
Single session
£80
A flexible option if you’d prefer to take things one step at a time. You can book sessions as and when you need them, without committing to anything long-term, giving you space to find a rhythm that feels right for you.
Block sessions
£320
A block of sessions booked in advance for more consistent, ongoing support. This option can help create a steady, supportive rhythm and gives you space to explore things more deeply over time, rather than starting and stopping.
Let’s start with a discovery call. A short, informal call to get to know each other, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
Feeling unsure about group therapy?
It’s completely normal to feel hesitant about joining a group. Many people feel unsure at first, especially if they’ve never experienced group therapy before. You won’t be expected to share straight away, and you’re always free to take things at your own pace.
Over time, many people find that the shared space feels supportive, reassuring, and even comforting.
